We keep pricing simple.
Some tools are free because shared infrastructure only works when access is universal. Commercial products are priced by organisational use and operating responsibility.
We do not use pricing to create pressure. We do not rely on artificial tiers, opaque negotiation, or sales theatre. Our job is to show clearly whether a problem is solvable, and whether our systems are the right fit. Prices are then set by the real cost of operating and supporting that use in small, medium, and large organisations. Academic pricing follows the same logic.

How we price
We do not use pricing to create pressure. We do not rely on artificial tiers, opaque negotiation, or sales theatre.
Our job is to show clearly whether a problem is solvable, and whether our systems are the right fit. Our prices are based on the real cost of operating and supporting each product in small, medium, and large organisations. Academic pricing follows the same logic.
Scope
Commercial pricing is usually annual.
Institutional fees vary by organisational size, operational dependency, support scope, and deployment requirements.
Foundational standards and shared infrastructure remain free where openness is required for interoperability.
